This rich tasting Belgian ale will give you subtle tastes of raisin, peppercorns, licorice, and caramel blended in a hearty brown ale. The brewing grains are Pilsen, dark crystal, Vienna and Special B. We also add 50 lbs of dark Belgian candy syrup
This rich tasting Belgian ale will give you subtle tastes of raisin, peppercorns, licorice, and caramel blended in a hearty brown ale. The brewing grains are Pilsen, dark crystal, Vienna and Special B. We also add 50 lbs of dark Belgian candy syrup to the boil and a small, but important bag of spices. Lightly hopped with Sterling hops. This is not a normal Belgian ale…..it is Abbey Normale.
