The Ely has a bright lemon-green hue and aromas of white and yellow blossoms, green apple, and lime zest. The wine is dry with bright acid and a medium body. The flowers persist on the palate, but the fruit changes to ripe golden apples and tart grapefruit. The finish is short and easy.
