Peach Double IPA
Sometimes, a ghostly rhinoceros suddenly appears out of the sky and totally kills your vibe. Days like that are for the birds, man. When all that’s left is Spiker and Sponge, make like James and travel by way of peach. We got all peachy in this Double IPA by adding well over a pound of peaches per gallon of beer. That’s, like, a lot of peaches. A lightly sweetened malt base balances all sorts of piney, fruity, and resiny American hops while blending perfectly with one of nature’s most ripe fruits. Peachy keen.
