Beer Description
Respect Your Elderberries is a barrel aged, sour beer aged with Maine Elderberries. It is deep purple in color with a fluffy pink head (looks like a cartoon beer). The aroma is wine like with oak and elderberries being most prevalent. The flavor is tart, with lots of Elderberry flavor and some soft spice notes. Released April 2012.
