Beer Description
This Imperial Stout is extremely balanced, boasts a whopping 12% abv, and has notes of bitter cocoa and coffee. The name comes from a law that Peter the Great enacted, in which you were allowed to keep your beard if you paid 100 Rubles. It was essentially, a beard tax. All brewers have beards, including ours.
Grain- American 2-row, caramalt, crystal 60, crystal 120, black barley
Hops- Galena, Northern Brewer, Centennial
Yeast- American Ale Yeast
