Brewed with rye, oats and oysters. Conditioned on a generous helping of Mandarin orange puree, then dry hopped with Citra, Equinox and Crystal.
Weird IPA. Brewed with rye, oats and oysters. Yes, that’s right. Brewed with a late kettle addition of 150lbs of whole Sunflower Island oysters from our buds at Brigantine Oyster Co. Conditioned on a generous helping of Mandarin orange puree, then dry hopped with Citra, Equinox and Crystal. Refreshing and revivifying.
-Notes of orange pith, black peppercorn, ripe mango, dried herbs and rocky coastline.
