Siren’s cey is Eric’s wonderfully adventurous take on a traditional Pilsner brewed with honey, figs amd thyme. it pours bright gold with aromas of floral hops, bready malt and subtle herbs. Characteristically dry and drinkable, its crisp lager character goves way to a delicate fig and honey finish and its complex flavor temains subtle for an extremely drinkable and innovative beer
