Beer Description
Siren’s Cry is Eric’s wonderfully adventurous take on a traditional Pilsner brewed with honey, figs and thyme.
It pours bright gold with aromas of floral hops, bready malt and subtle herbs. Characteristically dry and drinkable, its crisp lager character gives way to a delicate fig and honey finish, and It’s complex flavor remains subtle for an extremely drinkable and innovative beer.
