Beer Description

Inherited a know-how and a long family tradition, the cider of Fouesnant is elaborated from our own orchards of Fouesnant.

This cider respects the assembly of old varieties, harvested by hand, on our non-weed orchards (natural total grass). Sorted manually, the pressing is done at full ripeness of the fruits, from the end of September to December. The fermentation is slow and ends with a foaming in the bottle about 2 months and a half which gives it a fine and digestible bubble.
