We add a blend of red wine grape juice to secondary fermentation to create a beautiful red grape hue along with a touch of flavor and tannin.
Grape Escape Slightly Tart Beer is a wheat ale which is “kettle soured.” You’ll find it light, refreshing and meant to quench the parched palate with a slight puckering finish…just tart enough!
