Trapper Pie, our collaborative New Mexican Apple Pie Double IPA.
Trapper Pie was brewed with spelt, malted oats and lactose sugar. Conditioned atop heaps of fresh apple purée, Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and a nice and subtle amount of guajillo & ancho chile peppers.
