Brewed with a rustic Saison base, each Em Dash is unique in it’s own way—like an idea separated by a short line.
Despite being the most versatile of punctuation marks, the em dash is easily the most underutilized. Oftentimes taking the place of commas, parentheses, or colons—in each case to a slightly different effect—the em dash is an idea separator. We appreciate a versatile member of the English language just as much as we do a versatile beer. Em Dash Galaxy is hopped in the kettle with Galaxy hops and then dry hopped with nearly 1lb/barrel of even more Galaxy hops. With loads of passionfruit, citrus, and spicy yeast esters, this Saison will guide you across the celestial equator.
