We are unpacking a new STV and dubbing her a Farmhouse Pale Ale. This little marvel is the culmination of a house saison yeast, Hallertau Blanc, Motueka and Riwaka hops. The vinous cocktail is smooth, spicy, and slightly funky. Punchy acidity jives with peach skin and dry grapes.
