The second take in the summer of Witbier. Brewed with a whole lot of wheat and a touch of roasted oats.
Spiced in the kettle with lemongrass 7 grains of paradise, fermented with a blend of classic wit yeast strain of Brettanomyces we’ve been wrangling, then conditioned on more lemongrass & grains of paradise. Notes of white pepper, citrus leaf, crisp wheat, unripe pear & summer in Bruges.
