Beer Description
Our ElderLemonWeizen starts as a traditional Hefeweizen with a distinct yeast character of banana and clove and we add to it Elderberry and Lemon.
The ElderLemonWeizen is a traditional style Hefeweizen that was lost to the ages. Only around the late spring of 2017, the ancient recipe dating back to the 1100’s was uncovered by the great minds of Jersey Girl Brewing Company. We present to you our recreation of the ElderLemonWeizen. But seriously, enjoy this Elderberry and Lemon Hefeweizen.
