Beer Description
Reine de Pomme, an old French cider apple, is blended with Dabinett, Baldwins and, Catamounts to make a full-bodied, distinctively tannic and darkly fruity hard cider. As in the traditional French style, no sulfites are added and a malic-lactic fermentation takes place in the bottle leaving a tasty sediment.
