Bare Bear sahti aged 11 months in rye whiskey barrels
Our sahti, Bare Bear, rested in MGP Rye Whiskey barrels for 11 months to impart a dominate silky rye spice blended with black pepper phenols. Woody, coconut, and sweet vanilla notes round out a medium toasted char.
