Beer Description
This hybrid elixir is composed of roughly 1/3 cider which lends a unique light & playful quality to your typical beer.
Over on the west side of town near Addyston OH, right off Rt. 50, lies Hollmeyer Orchards who pressed over 100 gallons of fresh apple juice for our latest experiment. Expect a saltine cracker-like malt backbone complemented with a tart cider flavor & dry finish.
