Beer Description
A winter hibernation in Bakers bourbon barrels infused this witbier with notes of toasted coconut and picked up a nip of alcoholic warmth. The barrel aged beer was then back blended with fresh wheat beer and re-fermented with Montmorency cherry juice. Ever so slightly sweetening the whole deal.
