Beer Description
This wild ale hightlights Torulaspora Delbrueckii, a yeast traditionally used in white wine making to enhance fruitiness. As we are always looking for ways to enhance the citrus and ester profiles of our beer, this seemed like a natural choice to blend with our house wild culture.
