Beer Description
Stainless steel conditioned American Sour Ale brewed with coriander and sea salt.
Solt is brewed with sea salt and coriander and then fermented with a blend of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. Over the course of 2 months the beer became naturally tart and full of character. Inspired by the Gose style ale from Leipzig, Germany. No Kettles were sourced in the making of this beer.
