Beer Description

This ale uses Haverstraw Bay wild yeast, coming off the Hudson Air, and Tarrytown hops to produce a traditional sour ale in the Brussels style. A 12oz pour is appropriate for this stronger ale, as long as there is a nice foamy head on top to get that wild-yeast nose.

In the younger batches you’ll find a milder lactic sour note that will enhance with aging. Take this traditional ale anywhere you’d enjoy a white wine. Made in tribute to our little section of the Hudson Valley, it is always brewed with Tarrytown grown hops.
