Beer Description
Four or so years ago we took some Corybantic, our first collaboration with Side Project, and hid it away in a couple of third use bourbon barrels that held a funky cider. But we hid them too well and we lost them. Finally unearthed, this super intentional extended aging lends a deep nose of Pippen apples, Brettanomyces musk, rich tannin and a faint wisp of burnt caramel from the residual bourbon lingering in the wood
