Brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, sea salt, and fresh ground coriander. Soured in the kettle, then fermented on Texas Ruby Red grapefruit.
A tart and refreshing Gose, brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, sea salt, and fresh ground coriander. Soured in the kettle with a pure strain of lactobacillus, then fermented on Texas Ruby Red grapefruit for a punchy citrus sweetness. Generous amounts of west coast hops are used late in the brew and dry-hopped to accentuate the grapefruit flavors and aroma. Itβs refreshing, easy drinking, and will keep you coming back for one last shot.
