This IPA was fermented with a Norwegian farmhouse ale strain which allowed us to reach temperatures in the high90’s while still allowing us to have a clean beer
This IPA was fermented with a Norwegian farmhouse ale strain which allowed us to reach temperatures in the high 90’s while still allowing us to have a clean beer with some nice fruit forward Esthers. Brewed with a lot of oats and a touch of flaked barley to increase mouthfeel. Then hopped in the kettle with Eureka and dry hopped heavily with Azacca Crystal and Hallertau Blanc. Expect notes of white gummy bears, citrus, strawberry, and a little grass.
