Picked off the vine and shipped to our brewery within 24 hours, Hop Head Farms provided us with 200lbs of wet Cascade hops in this year’s Harvest Ale. Red in color and less bitter than most pale ales, this beer is filled with oily hop flavors only found in wet hop beers. Expect fresh and slick hop resins with all sorts of citrus fruits and florals.
