This double version of a Brut-style IPA is dry and effervescent making it reminiscent of champagne, but sweetened from a massive addition of cherries.
This double version of a Brut-style IPA is dry and effervescent making it reminiscent of champagne, but sweetened from a massive addition of cherries. We then dry hop this with all sorts of Citra and Huell Melon hops to add notes of pear, melon, and tropical fruits bringing to mind aromas of fruit cocktail.
