Beer Description
A blend of bourbon barrel aged ales brewed with honey and walnuts.
This very special one-off barrel blend was done in collaboration with 101 Beer Kitchen. It was inspired by a special-selection bourbon barrel that 101BK had procured. Together sights were set on crafting a unique experience full of nuance, depth, and character. Shadow From the Tomb is anchored by a barrel aged imperial honey nut brown. Bourbon barrel aged Oil of Aphrodite, Skipping Stone, and Woodburner also found their way into the blend. Big notes of caramel, star anise, dark sweet cherries, vanilla, and black chocolate all culminate into a great sipper.
