Beer Description
Trade Proof with Mango, Passion Fruit and Cherry is a 4.5% Fruited Gose. We started with a tart kettle sour base beer and bombed this beer out with mango, passion fruit and cherry purée. We even increased the quantity of fruit significantly from the last time we released Trade Proof. The result is a beer reminiscent of a tart fruit smoothie that is perfect for the summer heat.
