Orange blossom—coconut—lemonheads.
ORANGE BLOSSOM – COCONUT – LEMONHEADS. Grist: Rahr Pale, Flaked Oats. Hops: Idaho-7, Amarillo, Centennial. Yeast: California Ale BSI-1. Six months ago, we opened a box of Idaho-7 hops that blew our minds. Since then we have been working to find the appropriate blend of hops and malt to present the bright, uniquely fruity and floral character of these hops. This beer, Yeasayer, is our best attempt yet.
