Beer Description
French Saison brewed with Belgian Chateau Pilsner malt for its base. Weyermann Rye malt added a peppery character to this highly carbonated and light refreshing beer. 90 lbs. of Oregon plum puree added after fermentation to enhance the fruit character from the Belgian yeast strain. Citra hops add a zesty flavor and slight bitterness. Fermented at high temperatures.
