Beer Description
Intensely dry hopped intensely post fermentation with Galaxy and Motueka. Cofermented with Invasive yeast strain and house ale yeast.
Final Invasive beer: this riff constructed atop a dense foundation of malted oats. This last batch was exclusively hopped via a Sustained Intraconical Hopping method…no hops were added to the boil, rather all hops were added directly to the fermenter throught the fermentation cycle. Dry hopped intensely post fermentation with Galaxy and Motueka. Cofermented with Invasive yeast strain and house ale yeast at lower than average temperatures.
