Beer Description
Originally made with Perennial and Side Project to support the Lions, Tigers, and Beers benefit at Northdown. Northdown is no more, but the spirit of the day remains and the big cats at Wild Cat Sanctuary still need our support. Aged in wine barrels, Procatstination has notes of white grapes, nectarine and preserved lemon with an intense citric acidity.
