Beer Description
Brewed with German pilsner malt, a touch of Hallertauer hops, and Kölsch yeast, this beer is simple because sometimes that’s all a beer needs.
Unlike most super uncreative breweries that decide to showcase a new hop or something for their anniversary, we decided to showcase our brewing origins. We did this by brewing one of our favorite styles of beer. With multiple German-trained brewers on our staff, Kölsch is the only logical beer to brew for our yearly Roselare Anniversary. Brewed with German pilsner malt, a touch of Hallertauer hops, and Kölsch yeast, this beer is simple because sometimes that’s all a beer needs.
