Gose-style ale with French gray sea salt, green coriander, and lemon peel, fermented with Torulaspora delbrueckii
Tummy Time is a unique gose merging a classic beer style with our penchant for experimentation. A mixed fermentation between our house lactobacillus, a traditional Belgian wit yeast, and another weirdo wild yeast called Torulaspora delbrueckii creates a subtly complex beer with chardonnay aromas that manages to be creamy, juicy, and tangy all at the same time. French gray sea salt, as well as coriander and lemon peel, round out the mouthfeel despite the drying finish.
