Sweet enough for the fall weather, with a fresh coconut flavor to remind us that summer wasn’t so long ago!
This Blonde ale was brewed with lactose for a slightly sweet finish and smooth mouthfeel, then conditioned post-fermentation with natural vanilla and 30 lbs. of coconut, lovingly toasted by Joel and Chef Steve. Sweet enough for the fall weather, with a fresh coconut flavor to remind us that summer wasn’t so long ago!
