Beer Description
Paw Paws are a “tropical” fruit indigenous to Michigan, and can be found growing wild at the edges of forests (in this case, in Cooper Township). Their flavor is a combination of Mango, Banana, and Butterscotch Pudding. We’ve brewed them into an English-style Pale Ale that is light, sweet, and floral.
