    In April 2018, we began a two year project to throw a huge English Barleywine into a variety of barrels. “Potentiality” is the fresh non barrel aged English Barleywine that is comprised of large quantities of Maris Otter malt and supplemented with house made caramelized sugar. To ferment this malty beast we pitched a hefty blend of different yeasts that could tolerate the high alcohol environment. The result is a very strong malt forward beer with heavy notes of toffee
