Notes of grilled pineapple, buckwheat honey, spruce tips, and cold brewed Ethiopian coffee.
The return of a lost series, exploring the misunderstood Hoppy Black Ale. This take was brewed with malted oats and debittered black wheat. Dry hopped aggressively with Cascade & Nelson Sauvin from Jean’s 2018 selections in New Zealand, and wet Hallertau Blanc from our selections in Bavaria. Notes of grilled pineapple, buckwheat honey, spruce tips, and cold brewed Ethiopian coffee.
