Bourbon barrel aged wheat wine brewed with honey and conditioned on vanilla beans & orange peels
Wood Ya Honey is a wheat wine style ale brewed with generous amounts of local wild flower honey. We aged this beer in bourbon barrels for 10 months, elevating the rich caramel and honey character to luscious heights. This special batch was conditioned on vanilla beans and orange peel after barrel aging. Rich notes of toasted marshmallow, bright orange, zest, dripping honey comb, marzipan, and raisin come together for a decadent experience. Pour into your favorite snifter, let warm, sip, and allow your belly to surrender in the comforting embrace of craft.
