Beer Description
Fairyland Pluot Jerkum, aged in Fine California Bastardo Port barrels on port lees for 18 months. Then moved from the port barrels to our friends Alvarado Street Brewery Imperial Stout (ex bourbon) Barrels right after they emptied them. We aged in the stout barrels for a total of 10 months. In total this has spent over 28 months in barrels.
