Beer Description
Blend of sour style ales aged in gin and wine barrels and conditioned with lime juice and hibiscus.
Polycephaly is the rare condition of having two heads. In partnership with Winking Lizard, we present two distinct beers. Polycephaly 6 was inspired by the current dynamic and exciting mixology culture. Wine barrel aged rye and wheat based Saisons were combined with a gin barrel aged sour ale. The base blend is conditioned on hibiscus and infused with key lime juice. Polycephaly 6’s beautiful deep pink hue is accompanied by intriguing herbaceous notes, acid citrus jabs, and refreshing floral qualities.
