Beer Description
This rice-based Japanese lager was co-fermented with Sake Yeast and German Lager Yeast to be dry, drinkable, and complex for such a simple clean beer. Definitely a staff favorite, get it before they drink it all!
Hops: Saaz, Centennial, El Dorado
Yeast: German Lager and Sake Yeast
Adjuncts: Rice and Yuzu Citrus Fruit
