Beer Description
Farmhouse IPA with the complexity you’d expect from a barrel aged saison, lots of oak and barrel character and the hop forwardness of a dry hopped IPA.
Barrel Aged Pollinator is a 7.2% Farmhouse IPA brewed with local NJ wildflower honey and aged in white wine barrels for 6 months. After aging in the barrel, we dry hopped this beer with Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc – both of these hops are known for notes of white wine. The result is a beautiful hybrid of the complexity you’d expect from a barrel aged saison with lots of oak and barrel character and the hop forwardness of a dry hopped IPA.
