Beer Description
Robust Porter aged on coffee, cacao nibs, and toasted coconut
This rich robust porter has a creamy head and follows with waves of chocolate and coffee and freshly toasted coconut that is complemented by the notes of sweet caramel and dark fruits. We are using fresh roasted coffee beans from our friends at Lynnhaven Coffee Company, freshly toasted coconut, and fresh roasted cacao nibs from Videri Chocolate Factory down in North Carolina. We also added oats for a silky mouthfeel and dialed up the cacoa nibs a little for a decadent experience. All of this is complemented by an ever so slight smokiness from some Cherrywood smoked malt hand crafted by Copper Fox Distillery here in Virginia.
