Apricot Berm – Native fermented Belgian Style Ale inoculated with yeasts harvested from spontaneously fermenting apple cider then refermented on apricots for a year. Rich tones of apricot leather, homemade marmalade, and calvados with a mouthwatering hint of salinity and balancing tartness.
