Beer Description
Aromas reminscent of pineapple, mango & tangerine. Azacca & Simcoe provide notes of mango, papaya, passionfruit, tangerine & grapefruit.
Bifrost draws its inspiration from the Kviek yeasts that have been used in Norwegian farmhouse brewing for centuries. These special indigeneous yeasts have the ability to produce incredible flavors & aromas.
Bifrost is fermented with a special mix of Kviek that produces aromas reminscent of pineapple, mango & tangerine. It is then dry hopped exclusively using Yakima Chief Cryo Hops® resulting in an explosion of tropical flavors & aromas. Azacca & Simcoe give this batch notes of mango, papaya, passionfruit, tangerine & grapefruit.
