Beer Description
Pennsylvania wild saison oak-aged and fermented with apricots.
We’ve been hoping to score local apricots for a few seasons now, and last fall, Peters Orchards took care of us. When the crates arrived, we had a batch of our woodsy, tangy Pennsylvania wild saison Farmette finishing up its time in red wine barrels. Fresh apricots and peaches add a sweet and tart roundness to the body amplified by fruity esters and subtle clove on the finish. Splinter series.
