Beer Description
WHITE PEACH – HONEYDEW – KUMQUAT Grist: Rahr Pale, Dark Munich, Light Munich, Dextrin malt Hops: Pink Boots Blend, Chinook, Simcoe Yeast: California Ale BSI-1 Brewed in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society LA Chapter on International Women’s Day 2019, Pink & Proud is a recipe headed by our cellarist Josie Becker. This Pale Ale was brewed using the Pink Boots blend of hops, produced by PBS with Yakima Chief. The yeast, California Ale, was donated by White Labs. A portion of proceeds from the sale of this beer will be donated to PBS and will directly support the LA chapter.
