Beer Description
Patisserie is a new 8% Double IPA and the next beer in our series of breakfast inspired DIPAs. Inspired by almond croissants, Patisserie is brewed with lots of oats, lactose, local NJ honey, almonds and a touch of pistachios. We hopped this beer with Citra and Mosaic. Big mouthfeel, hop forward, and enough sweetness and almond character to taste a flaky croissant.
